AUDITOR's REPORTWe have audited the financial statements of M/S AFRICAN REFLECTION FOUNDATION for the period ended 31st December, 2008 as set out on pages 1 to 3. Our audit was conducted in accordance with approved auditing standard having regard to matters referred to in the following paragraphs The management is responsible for the preparation of the financial statements. Our responsibility is to form an independent opinion based on our audit of those Statements and to report our opinion The accounts are in agreement with the books of accounts and we obtained all the Information and explanations which we considered necessary for the purpose of our audit having regard to the matters referred to below. In common with many organizations of similar size and nature, the company's System of internal control is dependent upon the close involvement of the members. Where independent confirmation of the accounting records were therefore not Required, we have accepted assurance from the management that all the transactions Have been reflected in the records audited. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In our opinion the accompanying Financial Statements present a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the African Reflection Foundation as at31st December, 2008 and the Income and Expenditure for the period then ended M/S DOMARDAR & COMPANY (1992) Financial Statements: (in PDF Format) |
